Sharing the Magic of Autumn
The group
Unframed-Nature is holding a contest!
A lot of people who love Nature view Autumn as a magical time of year. It's because it is a wonderful season of transformation! It's the way there is that special feeling in the how the air changes in perhaps both temperature and scent, the loveliness of the leaves transitioning into many different colours like rainbows, and the unique harvests we see only at this time of year.
Many artists who love to depict Nature through their art medium or media, would be really great at sharing the magic of Autumn through an art form that they choose!
Dates The contest started on Friday, October 1st.
The contest will close on Friday, November 5th, at midnight PST.
That gives you 5 weeks to sort an entry.
Rules Firstly, you need to be a member of the group to enter the contest. If you're not, don't worry! It's incredibly easy to join. All you need to do is go to
Unframed-Nature, click the join button, and you'll be automatically accepted! Easy!
There is a limit of 2 entries per artist.
All mediums are accepted.
Your entry doesn't have to be a new submission to dA.
But, it does have to have been submitted
after January 1st, 2009 to be accepted.
Your entry can't contain any gore, violence or mature-content.
You also need to remember that it is a nature contest. This means that you need to be very careful if there are people or architecture present in your work. Nature
has to be the focus of your submission. If you need to read more on this, take a look at the groups rules here ->
Unframed-Nature When submitting your entry to the contest you
must have this written in your artist comments:
I am entering this deviation into the
Sharing The Magic of Autumn CONTEST at
Unframed-Nature(Or words to that effect) If you wish, you can also include a link to the contest gallery ->
unframed-nature.deviantart.com… If your work does not contain this statement, your submission will be declined.
Magic is the key, the more "magical" that you interpret your Autumn deviation as an entry to the contest, the better!!
However, the CREATIVITY of that, we leave up to each artist, as long as the rules are followed.
HAVE FUN! :joy:
